What is Epic Points for Jira?

Epic Points for Jira is a Jira Cloud app that allows you to see the story points of all the issues in an epic.

How it works

Epic Points for Jira adds a new field to your Jira instance called "Epic Points". This field is automatically updated when you add or remove story points from issues in the epic.

How to use it

Enable the App

Epic Points for Jira needs to be enabled by your Jira administrator in the "Apps" section of Jira.

Contact your Jira administrator to enable the app from the Apps marketplace.

Add Epic Points to Layout

Add the "Epic Points" field to your epic layout for visibility.

Navigate to your epic, click "Configure" in the bottom right corner, and add the "Epic Points" field to the layout. For more information, refer to the Atlassian documentation.
